Born in Reading, Massachusetts, Mr. Genovese received a BA from Boston College in 2015. After working in the private sector at a corporation in Cambridge for two years, he obtained a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in 2020. During his time at Suffolk, he was a Staff Writer, Editor, and Associate Director of Competitions for the Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy: Moot Court Honor Board. He was a judicial intern for the Honorable Justice Michael A. Patten of the Massachusetts District Court. He also spent a year as a law clerk for Liberty Mutual’s in-house legal department on their Legal Innovation Team. During his final year at Suffolk University Law School, Mr. Genovese was a Supreme Judicial Court Rule 3:03 student attorney in Suffolk’s Family Advocacy Clinic, during which time he represented an underserved population in the Boston area in matters of divorce and domestic violence. He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
